Callens African Woods is a forestry manager, producer and importer of African tropical wood. As the result of sustained investment and our many years of constant presence in Africa, Callens has grown to become the leading company in the field of tropical wood. Callens controls the entire production chain of the timber, from the management of the forest itself, to the delivery to the customer. Callens is able to guarantee the quality and volume of timber you want at all times, delivering on the agreed date and certifying that the wood comes from legal and sustainable forestry operations.

This means that Callens customers always purchase directly from the forest, without middlemen and at very attractive prices.

We stock over 25,000 m3 of wood, covering more than 30 species, in all sizes, at our 3 hectares of covered warehousing in Rekkem. Our warehouses are centrally located, with easy connections to European motorways. From here, Callens services Belgium and neighbouring countries with its own transport and deliveries, tailored to your requirements. Our stocks are kept up to date in a fully automated management software package. This means we can provide you with comprehensive detailed specifications of our available timber at all times – and in the way you want (e-mail, fax, etc.).

Callens can guarantee you regular and reliable supplies both in one-time sale as in long-term contracts. When you place an order with us, we work with you to determine the type of wood, volumes, sections and lengths to meet your specific requirements.
